TC Vault helps you manage, display and exchange trading cards. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and only use content for which you have the necessary rights. You are responsible for your uploads and messages.

For safety screening, new or changed text and reduced image previews are sent to OpenAI over an encrypted connection. This is separate from optional card recognition and product analytics. Content is not published without a successful check. Report evidence is accessible only to authorized moderators and removed 30 days after closure.
Respect and safety
Harassment, insults, hate speech, discrimination, threats, glorification of violence, sexual exploitation, pornography and sexual depictions of minors are prohibited. Do not publish other people’s private information without permission. These rules apply to images, profiles, cards, folders, comments and messages.
Genuine cards and fair offers
Do not offer stolen, counterfeit or knowingly altered cards, misleading descriptions, fraud or spam. Images and statements about condition, grading, price and availability must be honest. Contact and card inquiries are non-binding; agreements, payment, shipping and verification remain the participants’ responsibility.
Screening and moderation
TC Vault screens new or changed user text and images for prohibited content. Content may be withheld pending review. You can report specific content and block users. Blocking hides content from each other and prevents contact; the moderation team receives a notice. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Violations may lead to content removal and exclusion of the responsible user. A personal block does not automatically exclude an account.
Access and safeguards
Do not bypass blocks, content screening or access restrictions. Attacks on the service, malware, automated abuse, mass fake accounts and unauthorized access to other people’s data are prohibited. Abuse can result in revoked sessions and suspended accounts.
Account deletion and privacy
You can request deletion under Settings → Delete account. An email to your account address contains a confirmation link; deletion starts only after your explicit confirmation. The website works without the app. Your account and collection data are removed and sessions revoked. Copies saved externally and existing backups cannot be recalled immediately. Details of processing and limited retention are explained in the privacy notice.
Changes and contact
The current version applies after your active acceptance. Material changes require renewed acceptance. Privacy acknowledgement, voluntary analytics and optional card recognition remain separate. For questions or moderation appeals, use the contact details in the legal notice and include the report reference if available.
