TC Vault manages consent directly in your account. Required features remain separate.
Internal product analytics
Voluntarily help improve usability and stability. Only approved usage events such as upload started or search used, plus platform, app version and language, are recorded – never card images, messages or search text. Raw events are retained for no more than 30 days.
Manage in your account
Sign in to enable or withdraw voluntary product analytics. It is off by default.
Sign inExternal AI processing
For AI-assisted recognition, designated card data may be sent to an external AI service. This remains a separate, purpose-specific consent and can be withdrawn before the next processing operation.
Notifications on your device
After system permission, Android uses Firebase Cloud Messaging and iOS uses Apple push delivery. A device-specific delivery token is bound to your account and disabled on sign-out. Google Analytics is not used.
No advertising or external tracking
TC Vault uses no advertising networks and no Google Analytics. Any new optional external service will require a new, separate choice and a technical consent check.
